founding seat · co-founder
own what we build.
one seat for what we build and how it runs: product and technology together. you report to the CEO and sit on the founding team as a co-founder.
co-founder seat. full time, exclusive. real ownership, agreed in conversation and written into a shareholder agreement.
what you'd own
the roadmap
you turn what builders and founders tell us into scoped, prioritised releases.
the architecture
you pick the stack and own system design, security and scale.
delivery
you run planning and release quality, and you ship the first versions yourself in the first 6 to 12 months.
the team
you set the hiring bar for engineering, product and design, then hire and mentor.
uptime and cost
data protection, infrastructure spend and vendor choices are yours.
the founder seat
you advise the CEO on trade-offs and speak for product and tech to investors, customers and partners.
who decides. you have the final say on product scope, architecture, stack, engineering hiring and technical debt. company priorities and budget you decide with the CEO.
who this is for
you've taken a product from idea to production. you hold product judgment and engineering depth, you've led or mentored a team, and you want ownership, not a job.
your first 90 days

days 31 to 60
ship the first milestone release, define the engineering bar, join every technical interview.
days 61 to 90
stabilise releases and monitoring, write down the architecture and security basics, onboard the first hires.
at day 90 we review together, confirm the seat, and finalise the paperwork.
