- Design and implement features across diverse tech stack (Go, Java, NodeJS, Mongo, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Kafka, Redis, Postgres, MySQL, Kubernetes)
- Lead technical analysis and collaborative design of features with engineering teams
- Ensure efficient execution, delivery, and rollout strategy with observability and reliability at scale
- Conduct sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives; remove blockers
- Design distributed systems with focus on scalability and resilience
- Initiate cross-functional collaborations with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams
- Drive production system rigor, performance optimization, and post-mortem analysis
