WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own network architecture end-to-end: data center fabric, backbone, edge, and cloud/hybrid connectivity
- Design and build GPU cluster fabric with spine-leaf topologies, 400G/800G Ethernet, RoCEv2, and InfiniBand
- Define backbone and edge strategy for multi-region interconnect, transit, peering, anycast, and DDoS mitigation
- Connect cloud, bare metal, and partner capacity across hyperscalers and colocation sites
- Build network operations: telemetry, observability, change management, incident response, and on-call practices
- Run capacity planning and forecasting models for bandwidth and interconnect needs
- Automate network configuration as code with IaC, intent-based provisioning, and telemetry-driven remediation
- Lead through design authority: set standards, review designs, mentor engineers, and define hiring plans
