This is a fully remote role within the United States. At Turquoise, our mission is to make healthcare pricing simpler, more transparent, and lower cost for everyone. Today, patients routinely undergo procedures with no way of knowing what they will cost upfront, and the financial complexity behind this is one of the largest, most stubborn problems in U.S. healthcare. We are working to fix it. As a Senior Manager of the AI Team, you will be responsible for the overall direction, quality, and impact of a high-performing engineering team building AI applications and integrations that are a cornerstone of the platform. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to help shape how AI is used across the company. This is a hands-on leadership role, roughly 60% people leadership and 40% technical contribution.
